'Diversity' and 'inclusion' have become corporate buzzwords... it is an experience to be reminded that these words represent an ideal that does exist.

ABOUT

CFFL launches their new festival for underrepresented filmmakers this July 18th in Finsbury Park. Founded by award-winning filmmaker, producer, and full BAFTA member Anthony Vander, CFFL was created to tackle the lack of representation in the film industry. Together with Deputy Director Bethany Taylor-Goh, an award-winning filmmaker, producer, and actor, they are committed to providing a platform for diverse talent, nurturing emerging filmmakers, and creating an environment where underrepresented creators can thrive.

LINEUP

CFFL will feature two in-competition screenings, a first-time filmmaker programme, a feature film UK Premiere, a documentary feature, an awards ceremony and an afterparty. In line with our mission to improve access to industry knowledge, we are also running filmmaking workshops, industry masterclasses, networking events and a keynote performance.  For full information about the films and all festival events, please see the festival brochure below.
